How to Fix Google Nest Hub Does Not Turn On
If you have tried for using a different power adapter and used a different outlet but the problem is still there, here are some solutions you must try:
Discharge the Display
The first thing to do is to unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the display. Do not plug it into the power adapter for about 20 seconds. Next, plug the power adapter into the smart display. Plug the other end of the power adapter to a wall outlet that works properly. Make sure that the LED lights appear on the smart speaker display.
Reboot Google Nest Hub
The next option to do is to reboot your Nest Hub. Be sure that the mobile device or the tablet is using the same account as your Google Nest Hub display. After that, choose Google Home app. Then, tap and then hold the device’s icon. Go to the top right and tap on the Settings, then choose More, and tap on Reboot.
Reboot is not the same as a factory reset. You can even reboot your Nest Hub by unplugging the smart display. Unplug the power cord from your Nest Hub. After that, leave it unplugged for about 1 minute. Next, plug the power cord back in and see if it works or not.
Forced Factory Reset
There is a forced factory reset alternative on Google Nest Hub. To do so, press and then hold both volume buttons located on the back of this smart display. Hold for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it is resetting. Note that this performance will remove all your settings and information saved on this device.
