Google Nest Hub Glitch. Try Again Later [How to Fix]

Google Nest hub glitch notification can be frustrating. It happens when you ask your nest hub display to do what you need but then it says there’s a glitch and suggest you to try later. You then take many actions like resetting Nest hub, rebooting your WiFi, and others. But, you are 100% agree that WiFi is not the main culprit because you use other devices as well such as Google Home, printer, and sky multi-room.

In this case, a user said that he had the same problem on his Google Nest 2nd generation and posted the issue here. His other devices work properly on his network. It is like this nest hub display did not hear the command. This keeps happening when the user asked for a song to play or asked google to pause any song.

How to Fix Google Nest Hub Glitch Notification

If it happens to you, WiFi is not the real problem. It is because there are other devices that are using the same network. Instead, make sure that you are trying the steps below:

Setting Up to Different Network

Try setting up your Nest Hub second generation to other network such as mobile hotspot. This is useful to check if the issue still persists. It means that you will need two mobile devices. One will be a router and other is to setting up your Nest Hub second gen. If you cannot check it on mobile data because you are not living in a good area, it does not matter. You can cancel this one and then skip to the second step.

Check Router Settings

If you cannot do this, it is better to call your router provider to help you. Make sure that the iPV6 on your router is on. Additionally, you can change the channel setting to other router such as 1,6, or 11. This is a good way to improve the network signal.

By checking the router settings, it will ensure you that the setting does not limit the functionality of your hub. If there is an option, be sure to turn off the iPv6 on the router. Once turned off, check it and if the function is getting better, you can try different channels so all your WiFi devices work on the same channel.
