How to Display Daily or Weekly Calendar on Google Nest Hub Max

Does anyone know how to display a daily or weekly calendar on Google Nest Hub Max? The calendar function in Nest Hub Max allows you to check out your upcoming events, appointments, and reminders directly on the device’s screen. You can sync their Google Calendar with Nest Hub Max to access schedule, set reminders, and stay organized. Additionally, you can use voice commands to ask about their upcoming events or add new events to the calendar.

Calendar Feature on Google Nest Hub Max

Currently, an always-on calendar display is not available. There isn’t a feature to keep a calendar constantly displayed on your device. However, your device will show the day’s events on the home screen’s main tab. You can tap the screen to view a list of events.

Additionally, in the ‘discover‘ tab, there’s a section titled ‘what’s on my calendar?‘ where you can also find your events. Voice commands can temporarily display your events for the day, but keep in mind that it will only provide information about your first three scheduled events.

Alternative of Daily or Weekly Calendar on Google Nest Hub Max

If you’ve created a Family group with Google, you’ll automatically receive a Family calendar. Also, you can utilize this along with other shared calendars (not necessarily shared with the same group as the Family calendar) to share information as desired.

To set up shared calendars for use with Google Nest devices, ensure that all household members who need access to the shared calendars have a Google Account and Voice Match set up for adding calendar events and requesting calendar information.

For each individual’s account, follow these steps in the Google Home app as the alternative on how to display daily or weekly calendar on Google Nest Hub Max:

• Open the Google Home app and tap on the Account icon in the bottom right corner.
• Make sure the listed Google Account is the one linked to Google Home. To switch accounts, click the triangle next to the account name.
• Tap on Settings, then navigate to the Services tab and select Calendar.
• Under “Your calendars,” the main Google Calendar associated with the Google Account and linked voice is checked by default.
• Check the box next to other shared calendars you want to receive events for.

Access the Assistant settings and tap on Calendar. Under the “Your calendars” section, you’ll find the main Google Calendar linked to your Google Account and the voice associated with your speaker or display, which is by default. To receive events from other shared calendars, check the box next to them.
