2. Turn On Ambient EQ
To enable this feature, go to the bottom of the display, then swipe it up. Check the lower left hand corner, and you will find a light icon. Next, check if there is an A in the light icon. Otherwise, tap on the light icon to enable Ambient EQ.
3. Talk to Community Specialist
If there are no changes after doing the mentioned methods, then talk to a community specialist. You can visit the Google Nest Hub Community website. There, you can create a thread, tell them about your experience.
Once they comment on your thread, they will ask you for fill out a form, add complete information related to the issue. Send the form to them, and they should reach you and help you solve it.
